Delivery & Returns


The majority of our orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days of receiving cleared Payment.
Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm - Monday-Friday.
We will be pleased to arrange a delivery for next working day, Saturday Delivery or Timed Delivery if you chose relevant delivery option at the checkout .
Our deliveries are insured for full value of the order.


If for any reason you are unhappy with your item purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received your order.

You need to contact us to obtain RAN number before sending any product back to us whether they are faulty or unwanted. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation .Once you have received the RAN you may return the product back to us.

The product must be returned in its original condition, with undamaged packaging, with any seals and shrink wrap intact and unused for a refund excluding our delivery costs.

You will be liable for the delivery charge when returning the product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Goods received back will be checked by our returns department and if they are found not to be faulty we are unable to accept these back and will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Faulty items within 28 days of purchase will be replaced if in stock or refunded if out of stock. Outside the 28 days, faulty items need to be directed to the manufacturer to exercise your warranty. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, dropping and damage resulting from exposure to sand and water or failure to follow manufacturers operating instructions.

Postage and Packaging Guidelines We recommend that you return your item(s) using a traceable insured service such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery. We also recommended that you return the items using sufficient packaging such as a padded envelope or box. Failure to do will result in a delay for processing your return. You will be liable for all the delivery charges for return and replacement of the faulty product.Please ensure you get insurance cover for the full value of the product as we will not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
